Danse de Paris by Henri Matisse in the Salle Matisse in the Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris (@museedartmodernedeparis). This was Matisse’s second attempt to create a work commissioned by Albert Barnes in 1930 to be placed in the Barnes Foundation in the United States. Due to an error in measuring the space for it to be hung the work turned out too big.
