A throwback to one of the best exhibitions I saw in 2020. Kunsthalle Bremen was heaven for lovers of thoughtfully designed, empty exhibition-rooms, with the show “Ikonen” (Icons) that showed only one work per room. The museum benches were also from another world in this one, like for example the couch in this red room with the work “Ecco home” by 19th century German painter Philipp Veit.
